Semipalmated Sandpiper, centre, in full, worn, breeding plumage, with a deformity at the base of its bill that is likely disease-related. Given the date October 3rd, moult has likely been much delayed by the pathological condition.
Black-bellied Plover on left, American Golden-Plover on right, both juveniles.
